Choose actions from the intended output
Reorder or rotate when the same document should remain intact. Extract pages when a recipient needs a controlled subset. Delete only from a new sharing copy, and append another PDF only after checking covers, blank separators, and duplicate pages.
Review features thumbnails cannot show
After export, verify page count, section transitions, printed page numbers, page size, links, bookmarks, forms, comments, attachments, and signatures in a second viewer. Page copying can change interactive behavior even when every thumbnail looks correct.
