Arrange sources before merging
Rename or preview files so their order is obvious, then place cover pages, attachments, and appendices deliberately. FileClear AI copies pages from each source into one local result. Existing bookmarks, form behavior, and document-level metadata may not combine in the same way as visible pages.
Review the combined document
Confirm the total page count, the transition between each source, mixed portrait and landscape pages, and any page numbering already printed in the documents. Open the final page and a page near every source boundary before sending the merged PDF.
